More »Fabric roller blinds are still one of the most popular types of blinds. Wide colour pallet, selection of fabrics with various levels of transparency - this is why they're still on top.
The blind doesn't only protect the room from overheating, it's also meant to be a decorative element, this final touch of your interior design. This is the place, where fabric blinds will be a perfect choice.
The blinds are matched to the interior design in terms of colours - this is one thing. The other, evenly important, is their selection considering transparency, depending on the function of the room, where they will be installed.
You can choose from three groups of fabrics here, from transparent, through semi-transparent, to such that block sunlight totally (thanks to a layer of rubber). The latter will be perfect for e.g. a bedroom, especially if you live in the city centre, and it's bright in the room even at night. Transparent fabrics are a good idea to cover kitchen windows - it's bright, but the sun will not dazzle you. Since we're already in the kitchen, it's worth mentioning the additional asset of the fabric blinds - their smell absorbency is very low.
A great advantage of fabric blinds is their easy installation. You can attach them directly to the window frame to a wall/ceiling. All options provide a beaded chain to roll the blinds up/down.
* In addition, the fabric that the blinds are made if is impregnated and it has anti-static qualities. So you don't need to worry that they will get dirty quickly.
