Is the product I have chosen available?

  • You can check the availability of the products directly on our website. Detailed information is visible on the card of the selected product.
  • Made-to-measure products do not have information about the quantity available.

How can I correct my order?

  • If you have made a mistake while placing the order, immediately write to us at store@knall.co.uk, if your order has not yet arrived at the productions, there will be no problem to apply ‡ on it fixes

Can I buy goods that are not in the store's offer?

  • Yes, our offer is very wide and not all of our products can be found in the online store, if you have not found what you are looking for, use contact form

I ordered the wrong size what should I do?

  • You can return products up to 14 working days from the date of delivery by the courier.
  • However, if your product was manufactured to order and it is not returnable, in this case, immediately contact our complaint department by writing to the e-mail address store@knall.co.uk (in many cases the product can be to convert or otherwise adopt to suit its destination)
