There is an error in the invoice, how can I correct it?
- only small mistakes can be corrected on the VAT invoice, so-called typos in the company name or address. If there is an error on your invoice - write to store@knall.co.uk
- If there is a different type of error in the invoice, eg missing or incorrect NIP - we will not be able to correct it.

Will I receive a invoice when buying from knall?
- Yes, the invoice in an electronic form is attached to the .PDF file in a separate e-mail message
- To receive a invoice for the company, you must fill out the form with the tax identification number when placing the order
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using:

My promo code is not working, what should I do?
